The Cha Cha Cha Allstars 

Mike Weidenfeller performs regularly as a solo guitarist and pianist performing everything from classic jazz standards, to Brazillian bossa novas, classic Beatles hits and modern pop songs by Billie Eilish, Bruno Mars, Beyonce and John Legend.  He gladly takes requests

He has been an active member of the New England music scene for over 20 years performing as a soloist and in duos and bands on guitar, piano, bass, drums, ukulele, and organ.
 

He has written and produced albums by the bands Babaloo, Looker, The Cha Cha Cha Allstars, Woza Moya, H Squares, as well as the What's Growing in Concord soundtrack, Sibusiso, Ordinario, and corporate video music.

 

His music has been featured in FX's The Shield, ABC's Beautiful People, Next Stop Wonderland, Showtime's The Music Man, NPR's Hear and Now, What’s Growing in Concord?, Change for Children and the Findus Europe "That’s Amore" Italian National ad campaign.

He has a Master of Music Degree from the Longy School of Music at Bard College in Cambridge, MA and a Bachelor of Music Degree from the Berklee College of Music in Boston. 

Since 2011, he has been teaching middle and high school students and directing bands at Dana Hall in Wellesley, MA. 

 

He grew up in Omaha, Nebraska but has been a transplant to the Boston area for the majority of his life. Still no accent though!
